What should I bring and wear?

You will need to wear a long sleeve shirt and long pants and closed in shoes. If you have a full-faced helmet and gloves, that's a bonus. We have full-faced helmets and bikes to loan, but if you have a mountain bike or a BMX without a back-pedal brake, bring it along too!

I'm a beginner, can I still come?

Absolutely! These sessions are set up for people who have never ridden BMX! If you can ride a bike, we welcome you along!

Will there be a canteen?

There will be canteen facilities and a free 600mL bottle of water for each rider.

Coaching Clinics

Male and female coaching clinics will be run on the Friday, our club Treasurer Thea is booking in and contacting riders accordingly.

Limited equipment is available to hire and sessions are capped at 12 riders per session to comply with insurance.

To attend any of the Coaching Clinics, you will need to be a registered rider, no registration is required for the Come and Try sessions.

This event is proudly supported by the help of BMXNT, and the Northern Territory Government - The Office of Gender Equity and Diversity for their support of the Gender Equality Grant that we've used towards this event.
